Special Recognition

Whereas: The Entertainment Series of Irving and the Irving Arts Centre are proud to have NNSB performing at Carpenter Hall; and

Whereas: Canadians Bobby Bruce and his band are performing a tribute to the music of Neil Diamond; and

Whereas: for the last eleven years, Bobby has spent his time performing his amazing tribute to Neil Diamond; and

Whereas: they are internationally recognized musicians who have performed in many different countries such as North America, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia; and

Whereas: the City of Irving is honoured to welcome Bobby Bruce and his band recognized as NNSB as the featured artist group at the Irving Arts Centre during their first trip to Texas; and

NOW THEREFORE, I HERBERT A GEARS, Mayor of the city of Irving, Texas, do hereby extend special recognition to:
